Great White Egrets are long-legged, tall wading birds with an S-curved neck. Great White Egrets have all white feathers. Their beaks are dagger-like and yellowish/orange in color. Found mostly in shallow water (fresh and salt), this majestic bird feeds on fish, frogs, snakes, and other small aquatic animals. They stand still waiting for prey, and strike with amazing speed.
